Senior Site Manager

Dublin Area

Salary: Circa €70K / €80k plus transport, pension etc

ICDS have an immediate vacancy for a Site Manager with a large and reputable developer who self delivers both housing estates and apartment projects in Dublin and the surrounding area. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years recent experience in a Site Manager role with a large main contractor or developer in Ireland.

You should have a proven track record of delivering the construction and refurbishment of multi million €uro residential, commercial, leisure, or educational projects from site clearance to turnkey finish.

You will be either trade and/or technically qualified.
