Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin 15

€85-100k+ Car/Allowance + Bonus + pension.

Experienced office-based Senior Quantity Surveyor required to support the QS Department, Commercial Director, and Contracts Manager in the successful commercial management of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting

• Monitor overall project performance

• Prepare monthly CVR, accruals, cashflows, and prelims analysis

• Review and approve subcontractor and supplier payments

• Present financial reports at commercial review meetings

Contracts

• Assist in contract administration from project start to final account

• Attend site, startup, and subcontractor meetings

• Ensure contractual obligations and collateral warranties are in place

• Support site teams with contractual guidance

Commercial & Surveying

• Procure subcontractor packages and manage tender processes

• Prepare subcontractor appointments and contracts

• Manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Assist with client valuations and procurement strategy

• Carry out value engineering and supplier analysis

• Maintain payment trackers and commercial reports

Site Support

• Attend progress and cost meetings

• Assist in resolving commercial and construction issues
