Project Manager (Educational)

Drogheda, Louth

€90-100k + Transport/Allowance + Package

Required for medium sized contractor undertaking a large educational project in Drogheda.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, overseeing programme, resources and quality.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Monitor budgets and variations alongside the commercial team.
• Manage project risks, site logistics and client progress reporting.
• Oversee health and safety and drive delivery through to handover.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience on substantial construction projects.
• A relevant construction qualification or strong trade background.
• Civil engineering experience would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership, planning and commercial awareness.
• Confident managing client relationships and coordinating project teams.
