About the opportunity

Our client is part of the construction process of a large warehouse project being built in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The single-story facility will span 94,000 sq ft, while the two-story will take up 224,000 sq ft. Our client has more projects to move onto thereafter, including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and Hemel Hempstead.

About the client

Our client is a specialist in Groundwork, Reinforced concrete works, Drainage and Deep Excavations including all 278 works. Our client has been involved in many prestigious groundworks and superstructure projects, both Industrial and Commercial. Projects range from schools, office blocks, residential and Industrial.

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of groundworks
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Conform to and enforce health and safety practices
Accurate record-keeping, daily diary, allocation sheets, plant returns
5+ years experience with Groundwork
SMSTS / SSSTS
Working with a current Groundwork company
