€110-125k + Bonus + transport

Contracts Manager required for medium-sized residential developer overseeing housing developments in Laois & Kildare.

Responsibility for delivery of the development, with strategic oversight of programme, commercial performance, design coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for successful project delivery (time, cost, quality)
• Oversight and management of the Site Manager and site team
• Stakeholder liaison (local authorities, utilities, neighbours etc. where required)
• Leading project reporting to senior management
• Managing project through to completion and handover

Candidate Profile

• Experience in construction project management
• Proven delivery of housing developments
