Your privacy is important to the ICDS Group and we take our responsibility in relation to the security of your personal information very seriously.

The ICDS Group collects and uses your personal information for the purposes you have requested – your employment or the pursuit of a suitable employment opportunity. We will request your consent to hold your personal information before it is stored and processed. If you do not accept that we process your data in the manner detailed in this policy, please do not submit any personal data to us.
The ICDS Group will request information to evaluate your suitability for vacancies which we may have or which may arise in the future. We will keep this data or our database with your consent.
Your data may be used to communicate with you in relation to certain job opportunities and/or the progress of certain projects.
Your data may be used by the ICDS Group where we have a legal requirement to disclose it to third parties in order to comply with court orders, the detection of crime or the collection of taxes.
Your data may also be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of reference checks, authentication of qualifications, or criminal reference checks. Your express permission will be sought, and you have the option to decline.
For persons directly employed by ICDS Group companies additional information is required to facilitate payments to you, for registrations with insurers, for site access, for training courses or enrollment in pension schemes. Such information may include relevant national insurance numbers, passport or ID cards, e-mail addresses, bank account details, details of next of kin and specific qualifications.
This data will be held for the duration of your employment and will subsequently be deleted in line with our Data Retention Policy and statutory requirements.
This is not an exhaustive list and we may seek, process, use and disclose additional information with your explicit consent.
The information that you have provided to us may be used by ICDS Group companies’ administrative staff, third parties- such as health insurance or pension funds, trade unions, payroll facilitators, safety training providers and secure portals for access to sites. Your personal data is wholly stored and processed within the European Economic Area.
ICDS will endeavor to ensure that all personal data that you have submitted to us is stored securely and that it is up to date. It is your responsibility to inform us of any material changes to your data.

Cookies is a text file that is stored on your computer's hard drive relating to your viewing history of a website. Site features: We track which jobs you look at so we can show you similar roles.
Session: As you move through the site, various pieces of information need to be stored in order for the site to function properly. For example, if you perform a search for jobs, the search terms you use will be remembered so that you can change them later. If you log in, we will remember which account you logged in with.
ICDS is committed to take all reasonable care that the information you have submitted to us is securely maintained and we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial systems and protocols to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. We have also put in place third party agreements to ensure that all data is processed in compliance with the obligations of GDPR. We do recognize that no data transmission over the internet can ever be 100% secure.
The possibilities exists that this information could be unlawfully accessed by a third party while in transit over the internet. ICDS Group accepts no liability should this occur.
