The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of construction quality standards, and experience carrying out inspections, audits, and compliance checks on live sites, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards. Candidates will be primarily situated office based in Dublin 12. However, they also must be willing to work across multiple live project locations. Role and Responsibilities Develop Quality Systems to meet business needs. Support internal auditing, carry out site-based QAQC Audits. Compile reports and audits using company’s construction software. Document and implement quality procedures on all sites and departments. Investigate non-conformances and corrective actions. Mentor staff and promote skill development through training others on company procedures. Collaborate across teams and develop quality inspection check sheets. Maintain and review reports and inspections on the company software platform. Support customer complaints and product reviews. Assisting with BC(a)R and project handovers. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by QAQC Manager. Foster a culture of quality and support QAQC expertise across the company through training and support. Requirements Trades background / 3rd level Construction Management Qualification. 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge of construction best practices. Strong communication skills. Experience in large-scale projects. Familiarity with building regulations and certification standards. Detail-oriented and methodical. Effective team player, self-motivated, able to work independently. Experience working with Procore construction software. Lean Construction qualification/experience is an advantage.
