Our client are looking for a strong team player with a passion for recruitment that is familiar with delivering a first class service in a busy environment. The recruitment team is responsible for the attraction of candidates at all levels across different departments on a global scale. The successful candidate will have strong networking skills, a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. The Recruitment Specialist will also have excellent industry knowledge as this will be a pre-requisite when meeting with hiring managers. The successful candidate will recruit on a global scale from our London office and report into the Group Recruitment Manager in our Dublin headquarters.
Role and Responsibilities:
Screen and source active and passive candidates
Manage live roles form inception to completion
Attract passive candidates using Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn
Write jobs specs according to branding guidelines
Liaise with hiring managers
Manage advertisements on various platforms
Set up and manage the company’s alumni project
Desired Experience and Education:
5+ years’ experience in a Construction recruitment agency or a high volume in-house role recruiting construction candidates.
Excellent interviewing skills
Previous experience working within the construction industry is essential
Proven track record of hiring for high volume projects
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships with hiring managers at all levels in the business
