Job Description:

As the IT Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of IT support professionals, providing technical expertise, and overseeing the resolution of IT issues. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on technical support.

  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS), such as NopCommerce, WordPress, Magento or others.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web development
  • Familiarity with online payment systems, order processing, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing.
  • Ability to create and manage online advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment efficiently.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within IT support.
  • Strong technical background and hands-on experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
