As the IT Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of IT support professionals, providing technical expertise, and overseeing the resolution of IT issues. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on technical support.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS), such as NopCommerce, WordPress, Magento or others.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web development
- Familiarity with online payment systems, order processing, and inventory management.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing.
- Ability to create and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within IT support.
- Strong technical background and hands-on experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
