Campus EHS Lead – Belgium

Location: Belgium

Your Role:

• Lead and implement EHS strategies to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Drive compliance with local and international safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety training programs.
• Champion a culture of zero incidents and continuous EHS improvement.
• Collaborate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed best EHS practices.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in an EHS leadership role within construction or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and EU safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence teams and drive change.
• EHS certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
