Technical Services Coordinator | Dublin 

€45-€65k ++ (DOE)

Technical Services Co-Ordinator for a wide range of commercial developments in the Dublin region. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building services activities are coordinated with other constriction activities from specification and procurement, to installation, testing and commissioning. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure MEPS Trade Partners carry out all work to the appropriate standards
• Participate in the Project Health & Safety Meetings as required
• Drive MEPS Subcontractor Health & Safety performance through the weekly technical services meeting
• Manage the production of ME coordinated drawings in conjunction with the CSA Works
• Manage the production/approval of technical submittals/samples from the MEPS subcontractors in line with the program and specification requirements
• Manage the flow of information between MEPS Subcontractors and the project team
• Monitor and track progress of the M&E install ensuring adequate resources are consistently provided to meet the program
• Coordinate the testing, commissioning, BCAR and handover process with relevant specialists and sub-contractors
• Coordinate temporary M&E requirements for site set-up/project duration

Key Requirements:

• Third level qualification in Building Services Degree or Building Services Related Diploma or Qualified Trade
• 5 years construction experience, Min. 3 years as a Services Co-Ordinator
• Proven track record of seeing projects through to completion
• Understanding of the design requirements and the client's brief
• Autonomous – can deliver without close management supervision
• Results oriented – possesses strong drive to deliver M&E service to the team
