Building Services Engineers Mechanical And Electrical all Levels 

ICDS  are currently looking to recruit Building Services Mechanical & Electrical Engineers to work with  Tier 1 Construction Main Contractors who work on Projects in Dublin , wexford and Cork

large scale Commercial Mixed Use, Hi Tech Data Centre and Large scale Residential, Retail, Commercial, Educational & Healthcare mixed use.

Suitable candidates will have:

A relevant 3rd level Engineering qualification preferably Building Services and preferably have gained strong  experience with Construction Main Contractors in Ireland or candidates who are working in a  in a  M&E Engineering Consultancy who have experience of going to site and meeting with M&E main contractors and who are interested in going to work for a Construction Main Contractor role in general:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning through to  hand over of Mechanical and Electrical services on a variety of commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare buildings.

Duties also include being knowledgeable with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details, liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Company standards and programme, the timely submission of O & M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

These are permanent full time staff roles based in Dublin/ wexford or Cork  with a Main  Construction Main Contractor and will come with attractive salary and benefits package, including car allowance
