With a rich history of successful ventures and a commitment to excellence, they are now seeking for a Building Services Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project teams to integrate building services requirements seamlessly into overall project plans. Maintain clear communication channels to ensure the alignment of objectives and priorities.

 

Technical Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to provide expert guidance and support to project teams. Ensure that all building services installations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.

 

Budget Management: Work closely with the Cost Estimating and Project Management teams to develop accurate and competitive budgets for building services components. Monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to financial plans.

 

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors and suppliers for building services installations. Foster strong relationships to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries of materials and services.

 

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential challenges related to building services and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Anticipate potential obstacles and provide innovative solutions to maintain project progress.

 

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all building services installations meet the company's rigorous quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance.

 

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of building services professionals, including engineers, technicians, and coordinators. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives employee growth and engagement.

 

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices. Integrate innovative solutions into projects to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and overall project success.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience 6+ in building services management within the construction industry.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
