Customer Relations Manager (Residential Developer)

Dublin City/ Dublin 13 (Optional, remote options)

€55-60k + Bonus + Package

Required for leading private residential developer undertaking several high-quality residential projects across Dublin & Leinster, including housing and apartment schemes to

500-Units.

This company has an excellent reputation for delivering quality new homes in prestigious locations.

You will be required to travel to various sites  across Dublin, liasing with customers.

Requirements
• Experience in the residential market
• Have some technical knowledge of house construction and fault solving
• Have excellent customer facing skills
• Have the ability to deal directly with construction teams
• Manage the customer journey from exchange through completion and post completion
• Ability to produce progress reports on Word/Excel
