Site Manager required for leading private developer undertaking multiple residential projects across North Dublin, Meath & Louth.

Swift progression into a Project Manager role on offer and training provided.

Ideal candidate will have experience working on high-quality housing/apartment projects either with a reputable developer or contractor.

Requirements

• Trade qualification/engineering qualifcation
• Strong knowledge of current building regulation and Homebond requirements
• Ability to produce high-quality finish on programme
• Ability to produce regular progress reports for presentation to senior management
