Required immediately for Tier 1 Developer working on New Build of 51 residential homes in Central Limerick. New projects to kick off in Limerick and Clonmel after completion. 

Applicants must have 5+ years experience as site foreman on similar residential projects. 

Duties

• Health & Safety Management with assistance of the company Safety Officer.
• Subcontractor Management.
• Design Team Liaison.
• Attending Site Meetings.
• RFI’s.
• Record Keeping.
• Ability to understanding the Design Information and ensure compliance on site
• Ensure all works meet the correct standard of quality and workmanship
• Minor Setting out with assistance of an Engineer as required.
• IT skills – email, ability to use Procore CM Software to read drawings, create RFI’s, record photos.
