Required for tier-1 building contractor who are working on large building project in Newbridge, Kildare.

They undertake projects ranging from €5-100m in the commercial, pharmaceutical, educational, healthcare, and residential sectors.

These positions will report into an onsite Project Manager.

Role

Hours 5pm-1am

As the Site Manager you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.

Ideally you have previous experience on similar projects being responsible for all activities / sub contract packages on site in relation to time, cost and quality.

You will be either trade and / or technically qualified with proven track record of delivering similar projects within budget and programme.
