Site Manager for one of Ireland's leading main contractors with high-end developments in the greater Dublin Area, with decades of experience constructing high end residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Offering, high quality, A-rated, housing and apartment blocks across Dublin and along the East Coast.

• As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over several years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
• Ideally the Site Manager will have previous experience on similar projects, being responsible for all activities / sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost and quality. Initial phase of 30 units with further developments across South Dublin.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with company Directors with a genuine market leading company in the revived Dublin property scene.
