Site Manager - High End Residential

Our client is looking to hire a Site Manager for a High End Residential project in Knightsbridge

Our client is well respected globally & has won vast amounts of work across London priced up to £50m

You will have full responsibility for the Site Management of a project to include programme/quality/Safety responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must be a leader with ability to plan and organize a team effort for a project.
• Capable of preparing and executing 4 week lookahead programmes and executing same to ensure the baseline programme is achieved in line with the clients requirements.
• Proven experience with high end Fit-out
• 6 - 10 years previous experience with High End Residential projects across London
