Site / Project Manager (client side role, working for the developer, supervising the building contractor)

ICDS have an urgent vacancy for a Site / Project Manager with a high profile and long standing reputable developer who are constructing a number of housing schemes in the North Dublin area. The developer has been operating in the Irish market for circa 40yrs.

The project will be tendered out to and then constructed by a reputable main contractor. You will be the client's representative on the site, supervising the main contractor, working directly for the developer.  

You will have a good eye for finishes, and have a good working knowledge of BCAR legislation, and as the Client's Representative, you will hold regular Design team meetings, contractor meetings and safety meetings.  

You will be trade qualified or degree/diploma qualified in civil engineering, and will have 5+ years’ proven experience of working with a large main contractor or developer in a project manager role, with experience in house building.
