Site Engineer (Developer)

€60k + transport + bonus

Our client is a leading mixed-use developer (Residential & Commercial) who are currently undertaking a large apartment development near Blanchardstown.

They currently have a requirement for a Site Engineer who will assist the Site Team.

This is a multi-storey apartment block using RC frame and has just commenced.

Role and Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing the setting-out of the works to ensure the accuracy and dimensional positioning of key building elements
• Setting out building grid lines and building control points in support of certain trades subcontractors
• Carry out Quality Control inspections of the works.
• Overseeing materials testing and control in line with approved Technical Submittals
• Post installation as-built surveys
• Implementing the inspection and test plan across certain subcontracts
• Maintain a site diary with relevant information as agreed with the Senior Engineer

Qualifications
Degree Qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
3+ years post qualification experience
Building Regulations – understanding of the essential elements of the Technical Guidance documents and their incorporation into high density apartments construction

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, with some experience of working on site, and will be responsible for paper work/document control.
