Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a leading Main Contractor specialising in Commercial Interior Construction & Fit-Outs, they have established a reputation of excellence with their Clients and their teams.

They are currently seeking an experienced and talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high performing project teams.

The Candidate

• Hold Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying 
• Develops and maintains strong client relationships and leverage opportunities for repeat business
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the various forms of contract used in the construction industry RIAI FIDIC JCT etc. 
• Demonstrates commercial acumen – with advanced knowledge of the market and competition
• Knows how to negotiate and deal with conflict and has the ability to critically evaluate document
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build client & PQS relationships
