Senior Quantity Surveyor (Developer) 

South Dublin

€90-110K + Package

Required for medium-sized developer who are undertaking residential projects across West/South Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow.

Role

• Manage all aspects of quantity surveying duties for construction projects.
• Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.

Salary Package:

• Bonus
• This role will be site based and location is flexible
