Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager 

Our client are a leading M and E contractor who are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to work on a high-rise project in London. 

The ideal candidate will have 

• extensive experience with M and E contractors in London/UK
• must have people management experience 
• must have trades contracts experience 

Qualifications/ Experiences 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management
• 6+ Years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Industry experience in high rise, commercial or residential
