Health & Safety Senior Advisor

£80,000 - £85,000 + car allowance + bonus + package

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Senior Advisor for a major data centre project in Newport. This is a boots on the ground role - you’ll be out onsite, not behind a desk, so we’re looking for someone confident in driving standards and engaging with teams directly.

What’s needed:

• Strong track record on largescale construction projects
• Data centre experience beneficial (not essential)
• Handson approach to H&S with excellent site presence

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting project teams with H&S strategy and compliance
• Maintaining and promoting best practice onsite
• Driving a positive safety culture day to day
