Quantity Surveyors (all levels) – Hybrid 

Dublin City /South

€Neg + car allowance/transport + benefits +  relocation allowance

Required for Tier-1 contractor working on large residential/mixed use schemes and Pharma/Life Sciences/Data Centres across Dublin.

3 days on site/2 days remote.

• Responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of building projects
• Post tender and pre contract activities: familiar with the tender file and assisting with preparing commercial targets for the project.
• Procurement of subcontractors, attending pre-award meetings, documentation and schedules, applications, variation schedules, measurement, controlling accounts, payments, in-house reports, contractual correspondence and final account.
• finalise subcontractor accounts and complete all filing and other documentation.
