We’re seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor to join a growing property developer based in Jersey. You’ll be working on high-quality residential and general building projects in a stunning location, with accommodation assitance and a very favourable tax regime.

🛠️ The Role

You’ll support the Senior Quantity Surveyor across the full commercial lifecycle of projects. This is a hands-on role with excellent learning potential, ideal for someone eager to develop within a supportive team on high-spec developments.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Junior / Assistant / General Quantity Surveyor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Willingness to relocate to Jersey
