Quantity Surveyor | Wicklow 

Our client have an opening for a Quantity Surveyor working for a new forward-thinking Irish property developer, committed to making positive changes to the Irish housing market.

They’re building fantastic new homes in great commuter locations around Wicklow and Dublin. 

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing housing projects in North Wicklow. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, this is a critical appointment and you will become a key member of the management team.

Salary on offer: c.€65K + company vehicle (if required) + Bonus + Other Benefits.

The candidate: 

1. Intermediate Level 
2. 3-5 years experience with a contractor 
3. Main tasks would be to tender for subcontract packages
4. Agree and appoint subcontractors
5. Manage Subcontract accounts
6. Assist accounts team with monthly valuations
