Quality Manager (Group) | c.€100k Pkcg + Car + Pen & Benefits

Required for national Tier 1 main build/ civil contractor to manage and further develop the Quality Control Department with emphasis on digital processes providing real-time visibility and traceability.

You will be innovative, creating opportunities to improve efficiency in process and product delivery across all construction sites and regional offices. This is a critical role within the leadership team integrated into the Groups planned growth trajectory & succession strategy.

Attributes:

• Ability to develop digitally enabled quality management systems.
• Assemble production data for the identification and prediction of trends.
• Working closely with the in-house digital team to maintain the above processes.
• Management of QA advisory team and junior staff.
