Project Manager – Kildare | Leading Main Contractor

€110k-€120k + Package

An established contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and residential developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Kildare on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage programme, budget, quality, and safety targets
• Coordinate teams including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Chair meetings, ensure compliance, and resolve issues proactively
• Monitor progress, track risks, and report to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a main contractor
• Strong knowledge of RC frame, MEP coordination, and project delivery
• Degree qualified in construction, engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Right to work in Ireland is essential.
