Position: Project Manager (Construction)

 

Location: Frankfurt, Germany  

 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Responsibilities:

 

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

 

Budget Management:

Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.

Monitor and control project costs to maximize profitability.

 

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Provide guidance and support to project staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

 

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met.

Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from the project plan.

 

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively address and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

 

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns.

 

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the [specific industry] with a track record of successful project completions.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.
