Structural Steel fabricator based in Kildare looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing structural steel projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets
• Lead and manage teams, including engineers and site crews
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address issues
• Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to specifications
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on all sites
• Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for structural steel installation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel or construction industry
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction#
