Project Manager | Residential | Navan, Co. Meath

A well-established Construction Company based in North Dublin is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to lead and oversee their large scale Residential Project in Navan, Co. Meath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a proven record of managing projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop detailed project plans and specifications
• Monitor project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead and direct on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues and ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments
• Negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
