Project Manager – High End Residential
St Albans
PAYE (£80,000 - £85,000 + package)

Our client is a High End Residential Developer on the search for a Project Manager for a development based in St Albans. The project consists of 37 units in total comprising of 25 flats, 12 individual units. This project will require a Project Manager with RC Frame, Groundwork & Demolition experience.

Project Manager Roles & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets
• Programming and planning
• Manage the project from start to completion
• Effectively manage project resources
• Liaise with Subcontractors and Site Managers
• Monitor the commercial progress of the projects
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety

Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with a High End Residential Developer
• RC Frame experience
• Degree Educated (not essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

In Return:

• Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + £5k car allowance
• Pension
• Annual Bonus
