Our client is a leading Developer who are currently undertaking several large residential developments across Dublin & Leinster.

This development will consist of 100+ luxurious apartments which will include high-spec finishes and will be constructed using RC frame.

The ideal candidate will hold a construction qualification, will have previous experience large-scale developments, ideally with a main contractor or developer in Ireland or UK.

Overall responsibility for this project, and will lead the site team ensuring the project delivered on time and within budget.

This position will report into the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• RC frame experience
