Project Manager | Data Centre 

Blanchardstown, Dublin | €85-€100k pa (DOE)

A leading Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for multiple Data Centre Projects, based mainly in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience with an Irish Main Contractor, with specific expertise in Data Centre Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Ensure strict adherence to project budgets and financial controls
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations
• Ensure all works meet or exceed quality standards and specifications
• Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation, including BCAR compliance where applicable
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience with a main contractor, including at least 2 years on data center projects
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale and complex construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of data center construction requirements, including MEP coordination
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Detailed understanding of Irish construction regulations and standards
