Required for leading franchise operating 100+ retail stores across Ireland.

Ideal should have at-least 5+ years’ experience in Construction management role (i.e. Site Manager/Project Coordiabntion)

Experience on small-medium sized refurbishment/fit-out project is desirable.

 Role

• Inspect and survey new and existing outlets for renovations or full fit out from shell and Core. .
• Draft Plans, elevations, 3D visuals and apply proposed design finishes.
• Source, select and price all materials & equipment
• Compile BOQ for project and obtain quotes
• Deal with Planning, Fire and Disability certs for new units.
• Plan schedule of works for construction fit out
• Supervise construction phase of fit out
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and SketchUp is essential.
• Knowledge & experience in the fields of Interior design,  Architecture or construction is hugely beneficial.
• Travel to locations across Ireland, Full Driver's License is required.
