Required for a leading housebuilder who is currently working on large-scale new build housing developments in the IOM.

This role will suit someone who is looking to progress into a Contracts Manager role.

You will oversee 2 x large projects with 100+ units on both sites.

Would suit someone from a Developer background or Main Contractor who has undertaken housing projects.
