My client is a leading Main Contractor who are well respected throughout Ireland and the UK. They now seek a Planner / Programmer on a permanent basis in Dublin.

Project:

• €155m Student Accommodation project 

Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years Project Planning experience
• Previous experience working with a Main Contractor would be desireable
• Experience of being involved with a Planning Team
• Exerpeince of Asta Power Project or similar.

Further Notes:

    • The master programme is drafted, successful candidate will be required to ‘break-up’ into relevant packages.
    • Identify ‘key’ procurement dates and ‘leas-in’ times.
