ICDS have been retained by a leading Fit Out / Interior contractor to recruit an experienced professional to manage and run this successful operation.

Previous experience of the following sectors a distinct advantage:

• Promoting the company from tender stage to project delivery.
• Internal construction to include ‘live’ environments.
• Retail, commercial and pharma fit outs.
• New build and refurbishment work.
• City Centre logistics.

Our client is open to candidates with a mix of main and specialist contractor’s backgrounds with min 7 years’ experience in a similar role. As Director you will have a proven track record of project delivery with emphasis on time, cost, and quality.
