Tier 1 Irish construction contractor with €650m+ turnover, leading complex data centre builds across Sweden for global clients. Specialising in hyperscale and mission-critical facilities, they deliver high-value projects across Scandinavia.

The Role:

• Report to the Board and lead Scandinavian operations.
• Oversee strategy, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
• Drive performance, growth, and compliance across the region.
• Lead project phases from pre-construction to handover.
• Act as main liaison for clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously developing the business via diversification

The Candidate:

• Senior leadership experience in construction.
• Proven delivery of large-scale, technical builds (preferably data centres).
• Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen.
• Scandinavian/European market knowledge is a plus.
