M&E Site Manager – Data Centre Project (Netherlands)

Role Overview:

As M&E Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the on-site installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you'll ensure that all MEP works are executed to the highest standard, on time, and in line with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site M&E activities from installation through commissioning
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and workflow to align with project timelines
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications
• Attend daily site meetings and report progress to senior management
• Manage site health & safety in collaboration with the HSE team
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams as required
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and in line with commissioning plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as an M&E Site Manager, ideally on data centres or similar mission-critical projects
• Proven experience with HVAC, BMS, fire suppression, and electrical systems in large-scale builds
• Strong technical understanding of M&E drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
• EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands preferred
