We are working with one of the larger property developers in the greater Dublin region who have lucrative ‘shovel ready’ landbanks in strategic locations, including Castleknock, they are offering long term employment on prestigious multi-phase residential developments.

Brief:

• Required for Tier-1 Property Developer who specialise in residential (housing & apartments), commercial new builds and refurbishments.
• Multi-phase residential project to 5+ floors over basement with ‘concrete frame’ construction.
• Projects are strategically located both sides of the M50 and along Dublin's Docklands.
• You will be either technically or trade qualified, coupled with several years’ experience supervising the frame and handing over to the Project & Site Manager.
• Ability to deliver a quality project in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keen eye for deadlines with the ability to deal with subcontractors and senior site management.
