Finishing Manager - Knightsbridge

Our client is a leading high-end residential construction main contractor who work across London and the South East. 

They have an urgent requirement for a Finishing Manager join the project team overseeing the final stages of an apartment scheme in Knightsbridge. 

You will have full responsibility for overseeing the internal packages in preparation for Snagging and De-snagging, Supervision, Health and Safety, Managing the programme and QC. 

The ideal candidate will have a trades background (carpentry /joinery preferred) coupled with at least 3-5 years Finishing Manager/Foreman experience with Developers or Main Contractors in the UK.

This will be a contract position starting immediately to run for approx 3-4 months, and could lead to long-term employment for the successful candidate.
