Finishing Foreman (Residential)

Rush, Co Dublin

€70k+ Transport

Required for high quality residential project including housing and apartments using traditional constrcution.

Project will run until 2024.

The Role

• Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Maintain quality control checks
• Finish internal building to a high standard
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Report to Site Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience on residential projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Trade background desirable. (Preferably Carpentry)
