Our client is a leading private residential developer with 10+ sites across Dublin including high-end homes in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely 
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
