Finishing Foreman - Kildare

ICDS are currently looking to hire a Finishing Foreman for a housing project in Kildare.

The Finishing Foreman:

• Supervising and controlling subcontractors to ensure the works are executed in accordance with the programme, including correct sequence of works, quality control, HSE management and final coordination.
• A high level of attention to detail is required.
• Ability to plan and organize a team effort for a project.
• 3-5 years experience with residential finishes
