Contracts Manager (Fit Out)
Looking for Contracts Manager based in Maynooth and travel to sites in Dublin/Leinster (50/50 – office/site). Ideally someone with fit-out/ finishes, joinery experience.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing Fit Out projects from inception to completion, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Contract Management: Proficiency in contract administration, negotiation, and compliance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Quality Assurance: A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Cost Control: Expertise in budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Client Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permits related to Fit Out projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and tools for efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Candidates for the Contracts Manager (Fit Out) position should have the following experience:
