Contracts Manager (Fit Out)


Looking for Contracts Manager based in Maynooth and travel to sites in Dublin/Leinster (50/50 – office/site). Ideally someone with fit-out/ finishes, joinery experience.


Role Requirements:


  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing Fit Out projects from inception to completion, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.


  • Contract Management: Proficiency in contract administration, negotiation, and compliance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.


  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.


  • Quality Assurance: A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including quality control and quality assurance processes.


  • Cost Control: Expertise in budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control measures to optimize project profitability.


  • Client Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring client satisfaction.


  • Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks, with a focus on safety and compliance.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permits related to Fit Out projects.


  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.


  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and tools for efficient project tracking and reporting.




  • Candidates for the Contracts Manager (Fit Out) position should have the following experience:


  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in managing Fit Out projects, with a successful track record of project delivery.


  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity.


  • Proven ability to manage project budgets in excess of [X] million dollars.


  • Previous experience in liaising with clients and key stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.


  • Familiarity with Fit Out construction processes, materials, and best practices.
