Contracts Manager (Commercial)

A leading Tier 1 main building contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale Ciommercial  project in Dublin City, €20m+

This role will involve managing the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from initiation through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial management.
• Negotiate, administer, and review contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve contractual issues and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct progress meetings with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Ensure all documentation and contractual obligations are met and maintained.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager with a Tier 1 contractor in Ireland, UK, Overseas
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
