Sweden based role for an experienced Commercial Lead/Manager to join a leading main contractor with projects across Scandinavia, Ireland and the UK and with a very busy schedule/order book for 2024/2025 and beyond.
You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximising commercial performance on projects across the country while managing/motivating a team of commercial staff.
The background of the successful candidate must include working with similar Tier 1 main contractors on major building projects, data centre experience ideally, relevant quantity surveying qualification essential.
